Technical Machine Operator

Operate extrusion and cabling machinery to produce wires and cables as part of Prysmian’s manufacturing operations; receive hands-on training from experienced operators and advance from entry-level tasks to more complex duties such as machine operations, computer data logging, and basic inventory control; collaborate with peers and managers in teams to improve efficiency and achieve company goals; ability to lift 25-50 pounds and work in an environment with heat and noise; prior experience is preferred but not required; strong emphasis on safety, communication in English, and adherence to company standards; role includes multiple shifts and comprehensive benefits.
