Job Summary
The Technical Leader - Software is responsible for providing Analysis & Design models (High Level Design) and architecture direction for projects. Key responsibilities include interacting with stakeholders to understand requirements, ensuring quality of deliverables, supporting functional requirements gathering, and adherence to standards and guidelines. The role requires guidance and mentorship to the development team, conducting peer reviews, managing software deployments, and contributing to the organization's knowledge base. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent and have 8 to 10 years of relevant IT experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of IT experience in Development
- Understanding of SDLC
- Engineering concepts (Design and Programming)
- Familiarity with design concepts and associated tools
- Proficiency in programming languages and associated tools
- Knowledge of development processes and associated tools
- Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
