Job Summary
Lead a team of ITO engineers in CM&U for complex gas upgrades on HD Gas Turbines; provide technical leadership and direction from Pre-ITO to ITO handoff (R1 to R3), assign incoming CM&U proposals, collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Project Management, Regional ITO, and Design Engineering to evaluate risks and meet KPIs; drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements (SQDC) for Gas Turbine Services upgrade proposals; mentor and coach team members, support domestic and global operations, manage ITO KPIs, and lead Lean PSR initiatives; require strong knowledge of HDGT systems (F2F, BoP), and network across Sales, Product Line, Sourcing, and Engineering; strong leadership and communication skills; travel internationally; relocation offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- Willingness to travel internationally
