Technical Lead

Partner with the Product Manager as their technical counterpart to find lean ways of moving team metrics while meeting technical governance needs. Represent technology in product and roadmap conversations to align work with longer-term technical direction across domains. Own the team's technical direction, including architecture, day-to-day decisions, and risk management, while ensuring shipped work progresses toward broader company technology goals. Review technical plans to raise the team's technical thinking and ensure outputs work as intended. Sequence technical work by breaking down tasks, managing dependencies, and handling risks as the first point of contact for the Engineering Manager. Build alongside engineers by taking on complex work and mentoring peers on craft. Embed AI into delivery workflows using Claude Code for scoping, designing, coding, reviewing, and documenting, while contributing collective learning to the team.
