Job Summary
Tech Lead to guide a cross-functional squad in designing, building and delivering scalable software. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of backend/frontend developers, QA/testing, designers, PMs and BAs, design and build microservices in .NET and Azure, and collaborate with React/Next.js on user experiences. You’ll stay hands-on with code while mentoring others, set technical direction, drive standards, and work with Architecture to ensure alignment with the broader platform. Role based in Liverpool HQ with hybrid work (3 days in office).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading software delivery within a microservice-based environment
- Strong technical background in .NET and Azure
- Experience mentoring and guiding developers in a collaborative, agile setup
- Product-focused mindset with an understanding of trade-offs between speed, scalability and user experience
- Excellent communicator who brings clarity and empathy to technical discussions
- Curious and proactive, always looking for better ways to build, measure and deliver
