Technical Lead

Lead a multidisciplinary squad to deliver production-ready software; design and build scalable microservices in .NET and Azure; collaborate with frontend developers (React/Next.js) to deliver seamless user experiences; mentor developers, drive clean architecture, and champion engineering standards; stay hands-on with code while guiding the team; work from Liverpool HQ on a hybrid model (3 days in office) with autonomy and collaboration as core drivers; participate in wider engineering initiatives and partner with product managers, BAs, designers, QA, and automation testers to translate customer needs into technical plans.
