Job Summary
Technical Lead for Generative AI & Cloud Technologies responsible for the design, integration, and development of enterprise-level AI and cloud-native solutions. Lead architecture and development efforts, build rapid PoCs/MVPs using emerging AI models, collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical specifications, evaluate new technologies, and ensure performance, security, and reliability. Stay current with technology trends and contribute to architecture standards, guidelines, and roadmaps. Requires 8-14 years of software experience with 3+ years in technical leadership, expertise in AI/ML and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), and strong collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8-14 years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years in technical leadership or architectural design
- Hands-on coding with Github Copilot, Claude Code or similar AI-assisted tools
- Experience designing multi-agent orchestration, function calling, tool use, memory management, guardrails
- Proficiency with APIs, REST, HTTPS integration technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML algorithms and enterprise SaaS AI platforms; integrating AI with enterprise systems (Microsoft, Workday, SAP)
- Advanced architectural expertise in Azure or Google Cloud Platform (Kubernetes/AKS/EKS, Serverless, IAM, networks, secure storage)
- 2-4 years experience in CPG or Retail domain
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic translating of requirements into architecture
- Strong collaboration with external technology vendors
- Learning agility and willingness to learn new tech
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven ability to deliver in a matrixed organization
- Nice to have AI certifications (Azure AI Engineer, Google ML Engineer, TOGAF)
Desired Qualifications
- 8-14 years of total software engineering experience
- at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural design capacity
- Hands-on coding expertise with Github CoPilot, Claude Code and/or similar AI assisted coding tools
- Designing and implementing multi-agent orchestration, function calling, tool use, long-term memory management, and guardrails
- Proficiency with integration technologies and protocols (APIs, REST, HTTPS)
- Expertise in AI/ML algorithms, enterprise-scale applications, and SaaS AI platforms (e.g., MS Copilot, Google Gemini Enterprise, Google Vertex AI, Claude)
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (Microsoft, Workday, SAP)
- Advanced architectural expertise in Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Azure/GCP preferred) with modern compute (Kubernetes/AKS/EKS, Serverless), IAM, networks, and secure storage
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in CPG, Retail domain
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into actionable architectural designs
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with external technology vendors
- Learning agility and desire to learn new technology
- Strong problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills
- Proven track record to get things done in a matrixed organization and influence without authority
- Nice to have - AI certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Google ML Engineer, TOGAF)
