Job Summary
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules focusing on CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM. Define CMDB architecture to ensure data integrity while developing advanced workflows, business rules, and server-side scripts. Integrate the platform with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and implement best practices for performance optimization and governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions, providing mentorship to junior developers. Requires 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong scripting proficiency and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong expertise in CMDB design, population, and maintenance
- In-depth knowledge of ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping) and ITSM processes
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (client/server-side)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, or CMDB certifications
