Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement IT Asset Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance business processes. Customize and configure applications across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalogue modules while developing scripts and workflows to automate processes. Integrate systems using REST or SOAP, conduct thorough testing, and provide ongoing support post-deployment. Troubleshoot application issues, ensure ITIL compliance, and document processes for knowledge management. Mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices. This role requires 7+ years of experience and is located in Coimbatore, Hyderabad, or remote.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and best practices
- Proven experience in developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalogue
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP) and web services
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
