Job Summary
Lead the implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules including Policy, Risk, Compliance, and Audit Management while designing and maintaining custom applications to address specific business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems, engage stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and conduct thorough testing before deployment. Create technical documentation, provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, and offer training to end-users and junior developers. This remote Technical Lead role requires 7+ years of experience and is located in a remote setting with a salary range of $140,000–$180,000.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, specifically in GRC and custom applications
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow GRC modules and best practices
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for custom application development
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integration tools (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of ITIL, risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Remote work capability
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or GRC certifications
