Job Summary
Technical Lead - QA responsible for driving architecture, solution design, hands-on development, quality, and AI-enabled engineering practices within the team. Lead end-to-end architectural design, oversee the full SDLC, define standards and best practices, develop technical strategies, implement design patterns and integration frameworks, and leverage AI tooling to boost productivity. Conduct code reviews and deep-dives, mentor engineers, collaborate with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams, and oversee performance engineering, security, and operational readiness. Evaluate emerging technologies and lead adoption where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken, written, read)
- Experience with APIs, integration, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience implementing CI/CD, DevOps, testing automation, and observability
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows environments
- Experience with ERP-related applications, including accounting modules
- Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL), modelling and optimization
- Ability to define, automate, and execute comprehensive test plans and test strategies
