Job Summary
Technical Lead responsible for independently handling complex customer issues related to hardware/software, guiding customers and teams, mentoring lower-level roles, and driving process improvements. Focus on resolving intricate technical problems, providing comprehensive responses about services/products, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating work, and leading complex requests. Emphasizes root cause analysis of outages/trends, proactive problem mitigation, and collaboration with internal partners to enhance organizational performance. Strong emphasis on IT infrastructure skills (AD, Windows/Linux, Azure, Office 365, ServiceNow, ITIL), automation/scripting, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes for enterprise customers in a remote/India service context.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher secondary education or commensurate work experience
- 8+ years related work experience in remote/telephone support or related fields
Desired Qualifications
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams
- Strong troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
- Proven mentoring ability
- Knowledge of ITIL/ServiceNow
- Automation and scripting experience
