Job Summary
Design, build, and deploy scalable web applications using the Microsoft .NET stack while leading AI-driven projects. Provide technical direction and consultancy to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet business challenges and security standards. Establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable components to drive innovation across the team. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver intuitive tools and APIs within agreed budgets and timelines. Maintain accountability for technical outcomes while staying current with emerging tech trends and models.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for and willingness to explore the potential of AI solutions in software development
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in a Senior Developer or Tech Lead role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a customer-facing context
- An open mind and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- .NET Framework/Core
- ASP.NET
- C#
- RESTful API design and development
- Front-end development skills (e.g. React, Angular, HTML, CSS)
- Proficiency in database design and management (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL)
- Experience or knowledge of Azure cloud computing platforms (or equivalent)
- Hybrid role

- Experience with ORM frameworks (Entity Framework)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Azure Integration Services
- Experience using AI tooling or integrating AI projects
