Job Summary
Technical Lead .NET/C# at Dedalus in Denmark leading the technical execution, architecture stewardship, and delivery of the amPHI platform. Drive architectural consistency, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality, secure software solutions while coordinating with Product Management and development teams. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day technical activities, guiding complex features, facilitating technical decision-making, reviewing designs, and contributing to modernization and cloud-adoption efforts. Essential requirements include 5+ years in senior software engineering or technical leadership, strong hands-on .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core REST APIs, experience with Blazor, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and knowledge of healthcare security/compliance. Able to operate in an Agile environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in senior software engineering or technical leadership roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET / C# and ASP.NET Core / REST APIs
- Experience designing and implementing distributed and service-oriented architectures
- Solid understanding of architectural principles and software design patterns
- Proven experience working with Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly) for modern UI architecture
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating development teams
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database design and Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent)
- Experience in Security and compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare
- Strong understanding of non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, availability, and security
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
- Ability to translate architectural concepts into practical implementation plans
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
