Job Summary
Technical Lead .NET/C# responsible for driving technical execution, engineering quality, and architectural consistency of the amPHI platform. Lead day-to-day activities of development teams, guide technical decisions, mentor developers, and ensure secure, scalable software solutions. Collaborate with Product Solution/System Architect to maintain architectural alignment, contribute to modernization initiatives, and ensure non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, security) are met. Champion engineering governance, code reviews, test automation, CI/CD adoption, and DevOps practices, while supporting Agile planning and technical estimation. Requires 5+ years in senior software engineering or technical leadership, strong hands-on .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core/REST APIs, Blazor, SQL Server, and Azure, plus experience in security/compliance for healthcare and effective communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in senior software engineering or technical leadership roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET / C# and ASP.NET Core / REST APIs
- Experience designing and implementing distributed and service-oriented architectures
- Solid understanding of architectural principles and software design patterns
- Proven experience working with Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly) for modern UI architecture
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating development teams
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database design and Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent)
- Experience in Security and compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare
- Strong understanding of non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, availability, and security
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
- Ability to translate architectural concepts into practical implementation plans
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
