Job Summary

Develop and validate flight control actuation system models using MATLAB/Simulink while managing system requirements and traceability with IBM DOORS. Apply system engineering principles throughout the product development lifecycle to support the design of Primary Flight Control and High-Lift Actuation Systems. Develop Acceptance Test Plans and Qualification Test Plans to ensure compliance with RTCA DO-160 environmental qualification requirements and ARP4754 processes. Translate customer and regulatory requirements into robust, airworthy actuation system solutions and participate in technical proposals including RFI and RFP activities. Drive automation initiatives to improve productivity and ensure quality, technical excellence, and on-time delivery of engineering deliverables from concept through certification and production.

Required Qualifications

Graduate (Mechanical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering) or Postgraduate (Systems Engineering or equivalent)
12–15 years of experience in aerospace system engineering, flight control systems, or actuation system development
