Technical Lead Manager, Applied AI

Job Summary
Lead a team in designing and developing scalable software applications that leverage generative AI models; guide rapid feature development and iteration based on evaluation results; collaborate with researchers and product managers to translate research into tangible product features; oversee software performance optimization and reliability of deployed applications; champion best practices for building and deploying generative AI applications; drive architecture and development of new products and features from 0 to 1; mentor and develop team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment; partner with the PM team to qualify and size new project opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent experience
- 8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
- 5 years of experience in at least one ML field (e.g., media generation, reinforcement learning, infrastructure)
- 7+ years of experience leading technical projects and optimizing ML infrastructure, including at least 5 years in a people leadership role overseeing and guiding technical teams
