Job Summary
Role: Technical Lead L1 at Wipro. Role purpose is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations, and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists. Key duties include overseeing daily transactions and performance dashboards, coaching the team to improve performance, recording and tracking queries and resolutions, ensuring standard processes and SLA adherence, handling technical escalations, providing product support with step-by-step guidance, training and mentoring Production Specialists, organizing triages and trainings, and maintaining product knowledge. Mandatory skills include .NET with 5-8 years of experience; focus on customer service, problem-solving, and process improvement to maintain high service levels.
