Job Summary
Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade Java and Spring Boot applications, including scalable microservices and distributed systems on AWS. Design REST APIs and event-driven solutions using Kafka, optimize performance through JVM tuning and caching, and drive engineering best practices like TDD and clean code. Mentor teams of 6–15 developers through design reviews, code audits, and technical discussions while collaborating with product managers and DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines. Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and production support within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field
- 8–14 years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong experience building and delivering large-scale distributed applications in production
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
