Job Summary
Technical Lead for IT & Data Operations responsible for ensuring availability of systems, applications, infrastructure, and data to meet mission requirements; coordinates and stabilizes 24/7 Tier 0–Tier 2 Service Desk support including NOC and SOC operations; monitors security events and trends and supports on-call global operations for the Command and Control Ops Center, including incident response; collaborates with Government and Contractor personnel to operate and maintain customer networks securely.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance eligible
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 10+ years of prior relevant experience OR Masters with 8+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in supporting and managing/leading Help Desk, NOC, and SOC operations
- Experience with Incident Response and Recovery Operations
- Experience managing a 24/7 shift schedule
