Job Summary

The role emphasizes resolving intricate problems, providing comprehensive responses about services/products, and driving process improvements while maintaining trusted relationships with customer accounts. Requires 8+ years of related experience in remote/telephone support or similar IT environments with hands-on skills in AD, Linux, Windows, scripting, ServiceNow, ITIL, and a strong customer-centric delivery focus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience
- Typically has 8+ years of related work experience; remote/telephone support experience desirable
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Agile Methodology, Automation, Linux, Windows, ServiceNow, ITIL, Desktop Support, Problem solving, and customer-facing communications
