Job Summary
Lead development and integration of product lines by writing high-quality code, designing complex systems, and establishing quality gates. Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and liaise with architects and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions. Mentor junior team members, review code, and build/deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines while applying secure coding practices and unit-testing frameworks. Own the team's growth and outcomes by acting as a bridge between project management and execution. Requires 6–8 years of Java and Spring Boot experience in microservices and agile environments, with a hybrid work schedule. Incedo delivers digital transformation across telecom, financial services, and healthcare sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of work experience in systems or application development
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university
- Software development experience using Java & Spring Boot
- Familiar with Micro Service & Event-Driven architecture
- Experience in building RESTful APIs
- Experience working with various data stores, relational databases in particular
- Professional experience working in an agile development environment, SCRUM or Scaled Agile framework (SAFe)
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to take decisions
- Willing to work in a HYBRID environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in UNIX or Shell scripting
- Having knowledge in J2EE
