Job Summary
Frontend Lead / Full Stack Technical Lead to develop cloud-first web applications, lead mixed-discipline teams, align with client initiatives, interface with Fortune 500 clients, tie business requirements to technology solutions, design and develop components with React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firestore, provide technical direction on systems design and microservices, hire and train the team, manage BAU design and coding tasks, stay updated on latest technologies, design and implement APIs, review database schemas, and contribute across frontend, backend, and full stack areas.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ year track record of relevant work experience
- Computer Science or related technical discipline is required
- 6+ years of experience in web technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Flask, APIs, Django, MEAN/MERN
- Experience with Microservices design (including Event-Driven Architecture) and API design experience
- Rich engineering experience in building high-quality, enterprise-level applications
- Dynamic leader with direct management experience in fast-paced environments
- Experience with database modelling and development
- Experience with agile methodology (preferred)
- Development and support experience in Web Applications (frontend/backend/full stack)
