Job Summary
Supervise day-to-day MEP operations and maintenance across assigned facilities, overseeing preventive and corrective activities to ensure technical system functionality. Manage HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and building automation while utilizing CAFM for work order tracking. Support business development by conducting site assessments, preparing technical proposals, and assisting with budget estimation for new projects. Requires 8 years of experience in Oman MEP/FM, a relevant engineering diploma, and a Gulf driving license. Full-time role with on-call rotation available.
Required Qualifications
- 3-year Diploma/ Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- 8 years of relevant experience in Oman MEP/FM operations, including supervisory responsibilities
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing systems, and building automation
- Familiarity with BMS, generators, and energy-saving methods
- Basic awareness training in ISO 45001, ISO 50001, or related technical standards
- Oman Gulf Light Vehicle Driving license
- Strong technical troubleshooting and team leadership skills
- Proficient in CAFM usage and work order management
- Good knowledge of service-level compliance and preventive maintenance standards
- Strong communication in English (Oral & Written)
- Must support business development by participating in site surveys, preparing technical proposals, and assisting in budgeting for new FM projects
