Job Summary
Coach engineers through regular 1:1s, continuous feedback, and hands-on mentoring while removing blockers to foster a culture of ownership and collaboration. Translate product goals into realistic engineering plans by breaking down complex initiatives, scoping work packages, and prioritizing tasks with Product. Drive architectural decisions within your team, maintain high standards through code reviews, and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability. Use AI daily for implementation, code reviews, testing, debugging, and architecture, coaching your team in adopting new capabilities and establishing best practices. Align with other Technical Leads and Product Managers to coordinate dependencies and share knowledge across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional backend or full-stack development
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Experience building scalable SaaS products
- Comfortable working in cloud-native architectures
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 APIs
- Experience with F# or strong C# skills
