Job Summary
Technical Lead at Ensitech responsible for designing and guiding the technical execution of software development projects, leading architecture decisions, mentoring developers, coordinating with project managers, and leveraging AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate delivery and improve software quality. Responsibilities include leading architecture decisions, CI/CD configuration and deployment strategies, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, reviewing complex technical requirements, creating technical documentation, ensuring alignment with solution architecture, and promoting software quality through code reviews. Requires hands-on experience with modern architecture patterns (SOA, REST, Microservices, MVC), Agile methodologies (Scrum), and experience applying AI tools in development; strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills; intermediate English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Senior Developer with team leadership responsibilities or as a Technical Lead
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in the technologies required by the assigned project
- Experience using AI tools in real software development workflows
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, including SOA, REST, Client/Server, Microservices, MVC, Singleton, and Factory patterns
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and make architectural decisions
- Strong analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience in one or more of the following technology domains: .NET / Microsoft Technologies, Java Development, Front-End Technologies, Power Platform, Business Intelligence, Data Science
- Additional expertise in: Software architecture and design patterns, REST APIs and service-oriented architectures, Agile software development practices, AI-assisted software development and code validation workflows
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Docker image registries and containerized deployments, Azure Container Apps deployment and release monitoring strategies, Microservices architecture and API versioning, CQRS and MediatR implementation patterns, Multi-tenant SaaS architectures, Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity, and RBAC security implementations, Experience participating in SaaS projects supporting multiple tenants
