Job Summary
Technical Lead Engineer responsible for delivering high-quality embedded software for GVH nuclear energy systems, providing day-to-day leadership of the Software Engineering team, and guiding project reviews with PMs and engineering teams to ensure scope and milestones are met. Engage customers to define scope and discuss technical risks; mentor and coach junior engineers; develop system requirements, performance and test specifications; ensure policy adherence and proper documentation; support commercial teams with technical descriptions and budgetary/proposal inputs; drive resource planning and cross-team collaboration to achieve timely delivery and technical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical, computer or software engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded C code, including building, testing, and debugging
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing independent or team-based system design or technical reviews including interfacing with requirements management, IV&V
