Job Summary
Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using .NET, NodeJS, and React/Angular for the company's cryptoasset exchange platform. Convert product team outcome statements into technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional groups to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness while identifying bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and maintaining code organization through automation. Drive the transformation of the existing system into a microservices architecture and integrate it with a new crypto exchange platform. Mentor developers and uphold security best practices and proactive risk management standards. Complete the transformation of existing system into a microservices architecture and integrate it with a new crypto exchange platform.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Tech Lead for teams of over 5 staff
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development
- at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of .NET frameworks
- NodeJS
- TypeScript
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- web socket connections
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
- Crypto/Blockchain Commercial experience
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Strong tech project management skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Remote based in Europe
- Possibility to work from offices in the UK and Spain
