Job Summary
Technical Lead with end-to-end ownership of architectural direction and delivery across Python-based automation and full-stack applications (React, Spring Boot). Lead solution architecture, guide engineering workstreams, ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, and engage with clients/stakeholders to align on mission objectives. Responsibilities include architectural oversight, translating requirements into designs, guiding delivery across data/ETL and web apps, and ensuring quality and timely delivery. Requires 8+ years of experience, strong Python/full-stack expertise, cloud experience (AWS/Azure), cross-functional leadership, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain client security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience
- U.S. citizen able to pass background check
- DoD/ DHS clearance preferred (not mandatory)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or solution architecture
- Strong technical background in Python-based scripting and/or full-stack development (React, Spring Boot, or similar)
- Proven experience leading system architecture and delivering scalable, cloud-based (AWS/Azure) solutions
- Experience overseeing cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, data)
- Strong client-facing skills, including presenting technical solutions and driving decision-making
- Background in federal programs or working in regulated environments (preferred)
- Experience supporting product ownership or technical product management (preferred)
- Be a U.S. citizen able to pass a background investigation by the client agency
- DHS clearance with CBP/ICE, or DoD Top-Secret preferred (preferred)
