Job Summary
Define module interfaces and design resilient services in .NET, NServiceBus, Kafka, and Oracle. Establish Elasticsearch patterns for indexing and query performance, while evolving Oracle schemas and constraints. Champion AI-assisted development practices and incubate Generative AI features including retrieval grounding and evaluation frameworks. Own CI/CD pipelines, standardize Octopus lifecycles, and enforce Git and Jira conventions. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end value delivery within CAMP's SaaS ecosystem, advancing the migration to AWS cloud and applying AI to unstructured aviation data.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in .NET, messaging systems, and relational data design
- Experience designing and tuning Elasticsearch queries and patterns
- Proficiency in schema design and performance tuning for Oracle
- Experience with AWS services for infrastructure and observability (ECS, EKS, CloudWatch)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience
- Track record of leading teams or modules with predictable release readiness
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading migrations from on-premises to AWS
- Exposure to AWS architectural frameworks and cost optimization
- Experience with Generative AI or agent orchestration in production
