Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Lead (BIM Manager) at Ramboll, you will coordinate with project managers and engineers for the technical delivery of engineering drawings. Your responsibilities include leading BIM implementation, overseeing model development, implementing quality control processes, and providing training to team members. The role requires strong knowledge of Revit, MEP services, and experience with clash detection tools. You will mentor junior staff and ensure technical correctness and timely delivery of drawings across various projects.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Revit
- Core Knowledge of MEP services with specialization in one service as a minimum
- Knowledge of BIM/CAD standards and aware of Engineering terminology
- Experience in preparing general arrangement drawings
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of professional experience ideally having worked on major projects
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of 3D modeling tools such as Revit & Navisworks
- Experience across various sectors including high rise, commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, industrial, refurbishment
- Proven record as a BIM lead on several projects
