Job Summary
Lead and coordinate software development teams across multiple client engagements and technology domains. Provide technical leadership, delivery management, stakeholder communication, team development, and ensure successful execution of software projects. Work closely with clients, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring multiple software development teams, supporting recruitment and career development, acting as primary client contact and managing expectations, delivering projects on scope, timeline, and budget, coordinating resources across projects, identifying and mitigating delivery risks, and promoting modern engineering practices such as DevOps, automation, and secure, scalable architectures.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, engineering, or technology delivery
- 3+ years in a leadership role such as Development Lead, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, or similar
- Experience managing multiple projects, teams, or client engagements simultaneously
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent English; German is considered an advantage
- Technology-agnostic mindset with the ability to lead teams across different technology stacks
