Job Summary
Provide coaching and mentorship to a team of benchmarking analysts, database owners, and front-end data visualization specialists. Execute benchmarking studies across upstream, downstream, midstream, and chemicals businesses while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance. Oversee database management activities, including the integration of internal and external data sources, APIs, and pipelines. Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to align database solutions with enterprise standards. Serve as the point of contact with third-party data providers and external benchmarking organizations. Deliver high-impact competitiveness reports to senior business leaders and global stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering or any related field
- 10 - 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
