Job Summary
Technical Lead responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions. Provides technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, aligns technology strategy with business goals, evaluates technologies, and guides cross-functional programs. Manages cybersecurity, performance, and integration challenges; drives innovation through prototyping and emerging technologies; leads technical reviews, audits, and governance; supports proposal development and client presentations; represents the organization in technical forums and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software or systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- Holds or is willing to get a security clearance
- Proven experience architecting and delivering complex, multi-tiered systems in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, and enterprise integration.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
