Job Summary
Technical Lead - Backend responsible for developing the detailed design structure, implementing best practices and coding standards, and leading a team of developers for successful delivery. You will work on design, architecture and hands-on coding, using a tech stack including Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, microservices and AWS. The role emphasizes scaling and performance tuning across API and storage layers, mentoring and motivating the team, and strong communication to present complex plans and designs. Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of server-side application development experience with Node.JS, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS
- Demonstrated experience delivering highly scalable products
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong program and product management skills
- Proven ability to build, motivate and retain teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
