Job Summary
Technical Lead at The C2 Group drives client outcomes by translating strategy into a practical technical approach, architecture direction, and high-quality execution. You’ll guide teams through architecture, code quality, performance, maintainability, and implementation decisions in the .NET space, with a focus on integrations and AI-enabled workflows. You will own technical processes, documentation, and standards, collaborate with Solution Architects, and lead high-risk .NET and integration work, while prototyping AI-enabled solutions and automation to deliver tangible business value. The role requires strong client-facing communication, documentation as a deliverable, and a commitment to security, accessibility, and long-term support.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of software engineering, technical consulting, .NET development, web application development, or enterprise platform experience
- Strong experience with .NET, C#, APIs, CMS platforms, integrations, architecture decisions, and complex technical problem solving
- Hands-on experience designing or building AI-enabled workflows, agents, automation, LLM integrations, or similar emerging technology solutions
- Experience creating technical documentation, quality standards, solution approaches, and implementation guidance for client-facing work
- Optimizely CMS and/or Optimizely Commerce experience is strongly preferred
