Job Summary
Technical Lead / Architect focused on Generative and Agentic AI, responsible for architecting and delivering production-ready, enterprise-grade AI systems. Lead end-to-end AI system architectures (orchestration, data, APIs, security, deployment), build LLM-based solutions using RAG, embeddings, function calling, and agentic workflows, and ensure production readiness with CI/CD, testing, observability, scalability, security, and cost optimization. Mentor AI engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive engineering excellence across distributed systems. Skills include Python, REST APIs, CI/CD, automated testing, Observability, and experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker) as well as Generative and Agentic AI techniques, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python
- REST APIs
- CI/CD pipelines

- Agentic and multi-agent workflows
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
