Job Summary
Lead and manage end-to-end AI/ML projects from requirement gathering through post-deployment monitoring, translating business needs into technical plans and deliverables. Oversee project progress, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders to align objectives throughout the lifecycle. Provide technical guidance on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, and Computer Vision initiatives while supporting AI lifecycle best practices including data collection, model training, and MLOps. Contribute to improving AI delivery processes and data pipeline management. Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions. Requires at least five years of leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills. Flexible working hours with check-in from 8:00 to 9:00 and check-out from 17:30 to 18:30.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an AI Tech Lead, AI Team Lead, AI Solution Architect, or in a similar leadership role
- Hands-on experience working with AI/ML/Data projects
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, and Computer Vision
- Good knowledge of the AI project lifecycle, including data collection, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Experience using project and development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD
- Strong English communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification
- Background in Data, AI, or Software Engineering
- Experience managing GenAI or LLM projects
- Knowledge of MLOps and data pipelines
