Job Summary
Technical Key Account Manager for Carrefour, responsible for the operational, technical, and commercial performance of Carrefour as a strategic key account across PCP’s operations. Acts as the primary liaison between Carrefour and PCP to ensure exceptional service delivery, pest management excellence, contract compliance, and opportunities for growth and innovation. Combines responsibilities of a Key Account Manager, Technical Consultant, and Operational Leader with strong customer relationship management and deep technical/commercial acumen. Core duties include leading strategic account management, delivering service performance and quality audits, driving pest management strategy and outcomes, managing escalations, coaching field teams, driving commercial growth through quotations and business case support, and providing data-driven insights through dashboards and reporting to PCP leadership and customer stakeholders. Fluent French is essential; English is desirable. Location involves Paris with approximately 70% field-based work, indicating on-site/field operations in France.
Required Qualifications
- Essential experience in pest control operations or facilities services
- Proven track record managing complex customer relationships and strategic accounts
- Experience handling operational incidents and customer escalations
- Strong understanding of service delivery management
- Commercially minded with experience driving account growth
- Fluent French (written and spoken)
- Strong technical knowledge of pest management and integrated pest control practices
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
- High level of personal accountability and ownership
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Desirable Fluent English
