Job Summary
Plan and design space layouts according to company standards for Chief Investment Officer approval. Provide owners with the Performance Guide and coordinate industrial projects for sanitary, electrical, and ventilation systems. Draw sketches of installations, request design firm projects, and transmit approved plans to state authorities. Visit establishments to assess technical conditions, monitor investor progress, and conduct space inspections. Order construction materials, negotiate supplier terms, and obtain administrative decisions for construction and store openings. Reimburse design costs and ensure compliance with contract provisions.
Required Qualifications
- Permanent residency in Athens
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience
- Versatile professional experience related to construction and investment processes
- preferably retail experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and technical standards
- Experience in project evaluation, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to analyze technical data and translate it into actionable insights
- Knowledge of legal regulations (Civil Code, legislation and standards in the field of construction, lease agreements, investment supervision)
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and the construction sector (cost of construction materials, market of service providers)
- Knowledge of real estate management, construction processes, estimating investment expenses
- Basic PC Literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Specialized IT Programs – AutoCad
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoke

- Building license issued by the local authority
