Job Summary
Technical Integrations Analyst responsible for owning and delivering end-to-end API integrations between the company platform and customer systems. You will build and troubleshoot connections in REST endpoints using Postman or Insomnia, research third-party APIs, map data fields, document real-world behaviors, and monitor scheduled syncs to investigate and resolve errors. You’ll validate integration data with SQL, assist customers with setup and cutover, and communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders. This role combines hands-on API work with client-facing responsibilities to ensure clean, reliable integrations and successful customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years hands-on experience building custom API integrations using Postman or equivalent to work directly with REST endpoints
- SQL proficiency for data validation and configuration review
- Comfortable being client-facing and explaining technical tradeoffs in plain language
