Job Summary
Implements and supports the training technology strategy for Constellation Nuclear Training, including overseeing the implementation of the SAT (Systematic Approach to Training) model and ensuring alignment with NRC/INPO and department requirements. Provides guidance to instructors, conducts instructor evaluations, supports e-learning and software/hardware upgrades, mentors instructional staff, oversees self-assessment and fleet qualification tracking, participates in audits, and supports project management and continuing instructional skills development. Performs additional duties as assigned, including emergency response and outage support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 3 years of related experience OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 3 years of related experience OR Associate's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 5 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED with 7 years of related experience
