Job Summary

Implements and supports the Constellation Nuclear Training technology strategy; develops curricula and provides guidance to instructors to ensure compliance with NRC, INPO, and corporate requirements. Responsibilities include teaching courses as needed, conducting instructor evaluations, overseeing self-assessment and fleet qualification tracking, managing projects for training technology improvements, and supporting emergency preparedness and outages. Provides ongoing mentorship to instructional staff, supports selecting and procuring instructional materials and equipment, participates in audits, and contributes to benchmarking and effectiveness assessments of training technology implementations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 3 years of related experience OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 3 years of related experience OR Associate's degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 5 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED with 7 years of related experience
