Job Summary

Design outcomes using end-to-end backward design to build Data programmes where success is measured by job-aligned performance. Chase real-world impact by spotting when learning isn't landing and scoping revisions to hit required standards. Build custom, high-touch assets like branching narratives and bespoke multimedia that require human empathy and nuance. Put AI tools and prompt engineering to work deliberately to accelerate content development and uncover new learning design approaches. Advise senior stakeholders on the quality and pedagogical effectiveness of Data and AI output to shape evolving rules and frameworks. Prototype new learning formats that balance fast shipping with sustainable reuse.

Required Qualifications

  • Real command of end-to-end ADDIE and backward design
  • Experience producing technical content for Data Science
  • 2+ years designing instructional content in a commercial environment or for commercial clients
  • A Data Science degree (or close cousin of one)
  • Completion of a technical apprenticeship in Data
  • 2+ years working as a practitioner in Data

Desired Qualifications

  • Genuine fluency with AI-powered tools and prompt engineering
  • The ability to take a genuinely complex Data Science or Analytics concept and design a learning experience around it that actually works — for someone with zero technical background
  • The confidence and track record to influence peers and senior stakeholders toward a specific, measurable curriculum improvement
