Job Summary
Technical Implementation Project Manager leads end-to-end implementation projects for API products in client environments. Serves as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to go-live and post go-live review. Responsibilities include project planning and execution using tools like Microsoft Project, developing detailed plans and governance packs, conducting kickoff and discovery sessions, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, drafting implementation requirements documents and catalogs, overseeing UAT, creating pre-go-live checklists, conducting post-implementation reviews, identifying and escalating risks, and managing resources, timelines, and project financials. Requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, willingness to travel, and full fluency in English. Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or equivalent preferred; 3+ years of PM experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management (preferred)
- PMP Certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel when required
- Strong execution focus with attention to detail
