Job Summary
Own end-to-end customer delivery of the Bunkerhill Carebricks AI platform across multiple health systems, managing discovery, ingestion enablement, data integrity, runtime configuration, and writeback implementation. Validate end-to-end flows against Epic and ancillary systems, then build and enforce go-live plans with hypercare support. Independently drive internal engineering and customer IT teams to hit deadlines across 10+ use cases per customer. Based in SF with up to 25% travel, this role supports health systems at UTMB, Cleveland Clinic, and Mayo Clinic. You will help define how institutions design and scale AI-enhanced workflows as the platform transitions from pilot to multi-million-dollar ARR.
Required Qualifications
- Proven delivery experience integrating with EHRs (ideally Epic Systems) and/or major health-system IT environments
- Hands-on fluency across HL7 v2, FHIR R4, OAuth2 / app registration, and interface troubleshooting
- Experience with cohort feeds / triggers via SQL extracts (e.g. Epic Clarity), HL7 feeds, and/or Bulk FHIR
- Can run (or direct) data integrity validation: sampling, reconciliation, edge cases, monitoring
- Track record writing results back into EHRs or clinical systems via FHIR create APIs (e.g., docs/observations/notes patterns)
- Track record writing results back into EHRs or clinical systems via HL7 customization (Z-segments)
- Track record writing results back into EHRs or clinical systems via External portal APIs / webhooks
- Track record writing results back into EHRs or clinical systems via SMART-based workflow patterns
- Has owned implementations end-to-end: discovery → build → go-live → hypercare (post-live), with measurable outcomes
- Location: SF with travel up to 25% to clients
