Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of Technical Implementations analysts in Manila, guiding governance for pre-production activities and managing integration testing across multiple segments to support merchant transactions with major card brands. Drive timely deliverables, manage escalations and special projects, optimize processes through automation and innovation, and communicate performance insights to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evolve metrics, workflows, and testing quality, while upholding risk and control practices and improving client and partner experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading Operations/Technology teams
  • Experience supervising 8–10 staff members
  • Ability to manage PCI compliance aspects and audit readiness
  • Strong data analytics and presentation capability
  • Proficiency with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience with core transaction processing platforms and payment gateway operations
  • Formal project management exposure or training
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior leadership
  • Capable of promoting teamwork and prioritizing risk controls
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Operations and Technology teams, including prior management experience leading teams of 8–10 employees
  • Advanced analytics and presentation capability: tell stories with data, detect meaningful trends, and define appropriate measurement methods
  • Excellent execution skills with a strong risk and control mindset; ability to apply technology solutions to automate manual processes
  • Attention to detail and strong problem‐solving skills; ability to apply frameworks and methodologies to de‐escalate internal and client‐facing issues
  • Ability to promote a culture of teamwork and partnership across the department
  • Ability to recognize issues and risks, initiate timely action, and escalate to management to minimize loss
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, including senior executives
  • Ability to work in a deadline‐driven environment and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with core transaction processing platforms (e.g., Stratus, Tandem) and payment gateway operations
  • Formal project management training or exposure to project management concepts
  • Advanced understanding of networking and connectivity protocols relevant to integrations
  • Ability to build cross‐functional relationships and leverage resources to resolve complex issues
  • Understanding of PCI standards and ability to apply them in process and procedure development
  • Industry knowledge of merchant acquiring, operational controls, and risk mitigation; track record of identifying and implementing improvements
