Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary
Technical Implementation Manager responsible for understanding the technical architecture of our ecommerce platform, configuring and testing client environments, and setting up file specifications and corresponding jobs. You will partner with the implementation team to build out product solutions for higher education, ensure client integrations and system performance meet Flywire standards, lead client technical meetings with school IT teams, and produce technical product documentation in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in technical software and middleware implementations (required)
- Experience in Single Sign On integration, with CAS and SAML
- Experience in configuring, implementing, and integrating software or middleware in a customer facing role (required)
- Experience in technical and functional documentation creation and upkeep
- Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs- PeopleSoft, Banner, Colleague, and Workday (Preferred)
- Quality Assurance experience and training
- Experience in fintech or the payment industry is desired
