Job Summary
Onboarding Success Manager (fully remote) responsible for owning the end-to-end onboarding experience for Nutrislice customers, guiding from sales handoff through configuration, training, go-live, and post-launch stabilization; also providing renewal support and product guidance to the broader CS team. Lead kickoff calls, configure and train customers, develop repeatable onboarding processes and templates, troubleshoot configuration and product issues, advocate for customers internally, and maintain deep knowledge of the Nutrislice platform to translate into tailored solutions for food service operations across menus, digital signage, and ordering systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical onboarding, or a similar hands-on role at a SaaS company
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and sites running simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both executive stakeholders and site-level operators
- Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
- Experience building or improving implementation processes and documentation
