Job Summary
Technical Implementations Analyst responsible for planning and driving process and technical activities during MSP implementations. Partners with PM, TIM, and cloud/VMS SMEs to design and configure the client workflow, creates and validates data loads for VMS systems, and supports UAT and integration testing. Leads data quality assurance, maintains the VMS configuration workbook, and coordinates cross-functional efforts across executive leadership and client teams. Travel up to 35% domestically and internationally to client sites and meetings, with an emphasis on coordinating data, process flows, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Must have hands-on experience with VMS platforms (VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN), data management, and multi-country MSP implementations, plus strong project-management and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience implementing, administering, and configuring third-party VMS systems (e.g., VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN)
- Experience with managing large data sets
- Web-based technical knowledge and VMS or staffing industry experience
- Experience configuring, testing and solutioning large, complex, multi-country MSP implementations utilizing VMS technologies
- Experience of managing stakeholders
- Ability to travel to client sites for face-to-face meetings and work with executive management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management collaboration tools
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
